Product Description

We are a large exporter of mutton and beef from Kenya. All our meat is of Kenyan origin and slaughtered in accordance with muslim rules. Our animals are selected from disease free areas. The are kept in the shed for a minimum of *2hrs before slaughtering is carried out. During this period they are fed on water only and inspected and examined by goverment veterinary officers.

They are then slaughtered, washed and chilled or frozen. They are then packed as per client specifications.
